Programs

The Citizen’s Police Academy (CPA is a grassroots program that encourages positive interaction between officers of the Round Rock Police Department and the community. It gives community members the opportunity to increase their awareness and understanding of the role of law enforcement in the community through a 10-week program. CPA students experience the first-hand realities of life as a police officer. This program is run by several officers once a week for ten –week rotations. The Round Rock Police Foundation serves to assist with raising the funds needed to provide the equipment and resources used by the volunteers, participants, and officers participating in these programs.
