Police Recognition Services provide award dinners and services to existing police officers and civilian personnel. It is a morale-building program for the Round Rock Police as well as a chance for some community members to participate. There is an annual event facilitated through teamwork between a PD awards committee and the Foundation. The event takes place at different venues within the City of Round Rock. The Round Rock Police Foundation serves to assist with raising the funds needed to provide the supplemental items and resources used by the volunteers, participants, and officers participating in this program as well as assistance with providing the actual awards.
